MEO Class IV CoC Preparatory Course
Candidates who have at least six months of sea service can enroll for the MEO Class IV Preparatory Course on submission of the following:
- Copies of CDC, EXN-45 Number, INDoS Number, Passport, Watch Keeping certificates
- Two passport size photographs (coloured photos in white shirts).

Enrollment and Certification
Candidates may enroll on the 1st Monday of the month and registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Minimum attendance of 90% is required for certification.
Course Fees
Course fees: Rs. 12,000. Fees are payable in three equal instalments on the 1st of every month. Fees include tuition, course material, lunch and tea.
Lodging charges:
If required, hostel accomodation is available at Rs. 1,500 per month on a twin sharing basis.
