Welcome to TMI
Tolani Maritime Institute is one of the largest maritime educational centers offering MARINE ENGINEERING and NAUTICAL TECHNOLOGY degree programs. TMI graduates are awarded B.S. Marine Engineering and B.S. Nautical Technology degrees by the well established Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, a deemed university widely recognised as one of India's pre-eminent centres for technology education.
The Marine Engineering and Nautical Technology degree programs at TMI have been awarded Grade 1 (Outstanding) by CRISIL. The assigned grade reflects TMI's excellent placement track record, qualified and experienced faculty, industry leading infrastructure, strong financial standing and professional & committed promoters.
TMI also conducts Distance Learning Programmes which are approved by DG Shipping and PG Diploma Programmes jointly with the Autonomous Department of Economics, University of Mumbai through TMI Mumbai.
